Dr. Injae Lee co-authored a retrospective study reviewing 120 patients who underwent correction after unsatisfactory SMP. It examined approaches including removal, repeat SMP and hair transplantation. It does not establish one method as superior or guarantee an individual result.

At a correction consultation, we first discuss what concerns you: the colour, the shape of the dots or the position of the hairline. Your scalp, existing hair and goals help guide the discussion about removal, partial adjustment or another approach such as hair transplantation.
