Doctor’s Note院長コメントDoctor’s Note10년 전 절개 방식으로 모발이식을 한 차례 받으셨지만, 생착률이 지나치게 낮아 크게 실망하셨던 40대 남성 환자분입니다. 이후에는 특별한 조치 없이 지내오셨습니다.
모텐셜에서 두피문신과 모발이식을 함께 진행할 수 있다는 사실을 알게 되어 내원하셨고, 1년의 긴 여정을 믿고 맡겨 주셨습니다. 이번 치료에서는 두피문신과 함께 총 4,000모의 모발이식을 진행했습니다.
두피문신은 2주 간격으로 총 2회 진행했습니다. 두피문신을 완성한 뒤에는 한 달의 간격을 두고 모발이식 수술을 진행했습니다.
아래 사진은 두피문신 전부터 1차와 2차 시술 후, 모발이식 6개월 후와 1년 후까지의 기록입니다. 사선과 정면을 각각 같은 순서로 배치해, 두피문신 이후의 변화와 이식한 모발이 자라나는 과정을 함께 살펴볼 수 있도록 정리했습니다.
두피문신을 받은 뒤에도 두피 상태와 공여부를 확인해 모발이식을 계획할 수 있습니다. 후두부의 공여 모낭이 충분하지 않은 경우에는 두피문신과 모발이식을 함께 활용하는 것이 좋은 결과를 위한 하나의 선택지가 될 수 있습니다.10年前に切開式の植毛を一度受けたものの、生着率が非常に低く、大きく落胆された40代の男性患者さまです。その後は、特に治療をせずに過ごされていました。
モテンシャルでは頭皮アートメイク（SMP）と植毛を組み合わせて治療できることを知り、ご来院されました。1年にわたる長い経過を信頼してお任せいただき、今回はSMPとともに、合計4,000本の植毛を行いました。
SMPは2週間隔で計2回行いました。SMPを完了してから1か月の間隔を空け、植毛手術を行いました。
下の写真は、SMP前、1回目・2回目の施術後、植毛後6か月、1年の記録です。斜めと正面の写真をそれぞれ同じ順序で並べ、SMPによる変化と、移植した毛髪が伸びていく過程を一緒に比較できるようにしました。
SMPを受けた後でも、頭皮とドナー部の状態を確認したうえで植毛を計画できます。後頭部のドナー毛包が十分でない場合には、SMPと植毛を組み合わせることが、より良い仕上がりを目指すための選択肢の一つになります。This patient, a man in his 40s, had undergone strip-method hair transplantation ten years earlier. A very low graft survival rate left him deeply disappointed, and he had not pursued further treatment since then.
He visited Motential after learning that scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and hair transplantation could be combined, and entrusted us with a year-long treatment journey. His treatment at our clinic included SMP and the transplantation of a total of 4,000 hairs.
We performed two SMP sessions, two weeks apart. Hair transplantation followed one month after the SMP treatment was completed.
The photographs below document the stages before SMP, after the first and second sessions, and at six months and one year after hair transplantation. The oblique and front views are arranged in the same chronological order to show both the changes following SMP and the growth of the transplanted hair.
Hair transplantation can be planned after SMP following an assessment of the scalp and donor area. When donor follicles at the back of the head are limited, combining SMP with hair transplantation can be one option for working toward a good cosmetic result.

Referred by his daughter, he visited our clinic and received a total of 4,000 transplanted hairs together with scalp micropigmentation (SMP). This record shows the appearance 1 year after treatment.

AFTERDoctor’s Note院長コメントDoctor’s Note오랫동안 가발을 쓰고 생활해오셨던 분으로 모발이식 수술과 두피문신 시술, 그리고 탈모 주사 치료를 병행한 사례입니다. 모발이식에 사용가능한 모 수가 많지않아 ai 현미경 분석을 토대로 최대한 산정해본 3500모를 효율적으로 분산하여 최대한 정수리 중심의 입체감을 늘리는데에만 집중을 하였고, 두피문신은 점을 찍어 명암을 단순히 올리는 2회차에 더해 1회의 선을 긋는 시술로 착시 효과를 극대화 하였습니다. 월 2회씩 모낭주사 치료를 통해 원래 가지고 계신 모낭의 잠재력을 회복시키는데에 집중하였습니다. 모발이식 수술은 현재 7개월차이며 이와 별개로 치료는 앞으로도 계속 진행하여 더 나은 결과를 만들어보려 합니다.長年ウィッグを使用されていた方に、植毛手術、頭皮アートメイク（SMP）、薄毛の注射治療を組み合わせた症例です。移植に使える毛髪の本数が限られていたため、AI顕微鏡による分析で最大限採取できると見積もった3,500本を効率よく配置し、頭頂部を中心に立体感を出すことに集中しました。SMPでは、点を打って濃淡を補う施術を2回行い、さらに線を描く施術を1回加えることで、視覚的に毛量を多く見せる効果を最大限に引き出しました。また、月2回の毛包注射治療で、もともとある毛包の力を取り戻すことにも取り組みました。現在、植毛手術から7か月です。植毛とは別に治療は今後も継続し、さらによい結果を目指していきます。This patient had worn a wig for many years and received a combination of hair transplant surgery, scalp micropigmentation (SMP) and hair loss injection treatment. Because the number of hairs available for transplantation was limited, we used AI microscope analysis to estimate a maximum of 3,500 hairs and distributed them efficiently, focusing on adding a sense of volume around the crown. For SMP, we performed two sessions using dots to add shading, then added one line-based session to maximize the visual impression of fuller hair. We also focused on restoring the potential of the existing follicles through follicular injection treatment twice a month. At the time of this record, the patient was 7 months after hair transplant surgery. In addition to the transplant, treatment was planned to continue in pursuit of a better result.
